Note: This camp runs from Monday to Friday, from 1pm to 4pm.
Throughout the duration of the week, the Jr. Chefs aged 7-14 will learn the basic methods of baking and confections including types of cookies, candies, and chocolate confections. The classics will be learned such as chocolate chip cookies and turtles. The Jr. Chefs will learn how to caramelize sugar and how to make a proper chocolate ganache.
6/14: Drop Cookies- Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, Snickerdoodle
6/15: Rolled Cookies- Lemon Lavender, Pinwheel
6/16: Chocolate- Rolled Truffles, Fudge
6/17: Egg White Candies- Merengues, Nougat
6/18: Family Showcase! - Caramelized Sugar- Brittle, Turtles
