Champagne has become a timeless drink served to celebrate any occasion or holiday. Join Chef Stephanie Paoletti in our next Tasting Talk series featuring Bonbons & Bubbles. We will learn about the different types of bubbles and how to taste them, while enjoying homemade bonbons to accentuate the tasting notes of the grape. Stephanie will be bringing in high quality bubbles to entice the palate and create an experience for the wine connoisseur at heart. The menu will include 6 high quality champagnes and 6 bonbons.
